Awesome Games Done Quick has already come to an end for 2025 (with a great game It was raised for the Cancer Prevention Foundation), but the charitable group has other programs throughout the year that raise money for good causes. Two of them are hosted by Frame Fatales, a community for women and women in speedrunning under the GDQ umbrella. The group’s Frost Fatales event runs from March 9-16 and will raise money for . the Just dropped today and here are some of the highlights.
The event kicks off with a pair of my personal favorite must-see games: 2D platformers Cup head Followed by wahoos of Super Mario Odyssey. I’m also enjoying running Lanaruse Coffee caravanbut with the category “any percentage of no coffee”. The show begins March 13 at 1 p.m. ET. The March 14 lineup looks particularly exciting, with Jaebig stepping in Snufkin: Moomin Valley MelodyAnd GretaIceVixen and Corvimae are showing off Pokemon Sword and ShieldAnd he played loupe Undertale yellow. Frost Fatales is set to end with SawaYoshi tackling the run with one hand Celestewhich sounds like required viewing.
And if you can’t wait until March to see some excellent philanthropy for gamers, be sure to tune in during Back to Black, a GDQ event that highlights Black runners. This year, money will be raised for the fair A racial justice nonprofit, Feb. 6-9.
It’s only a few days away, but Back to Black has a bunch of great talent in the lineup.
