- fossil group (Nasdaq:FOSL) said it has informed Jeffrey Boyer, Chief Operating Officer, that his position at the company has been eliminated in connection with its ongoing transformation and growth strategy.
- Boyer will remain an employee of the company until January 17, 2025. Other company officials will assume Mr. Boyer’s responsibilities.
