Amazon is scaling back its DEI initiatives, the latest company to make cuts

Amazon is shrinking some of its business Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Software, becoming the latest major company to make cuts in such initiatives that critics deemed “woke.”

“We have worked to bring employee groups together under one umbrella, building programs that are open to everyone,” the memo obtained by FOX Business said. “Instead of individual groups building programmes, we focus on programs with proven outcomes – and we also aim to foster a truly more inclusive culture.”
