For “Tron: Ares”, this appears in a company called “Dumont”, which appears on recycling bins and a car stolen by Ares (Jared Leto) and ENCOM CEO Eve Kim (Greta Lee), a reference to the Tower Guardian from the original “Tron” movie played by Barnard Hughes. The pair also steal a truck with the company name “Shaddix” plastered on the side, which appears to be a reference to the bartender character played by franchise creator Steven Lisberger in the movie “Tron: Legacy.” There’s a scene in the ENCOM building full of little moments where a replica of Flynn’s office is built, almost like a small museum to honor him.
