Voters cast their votes on Sunday in Cameroon’s presidential elections, which 92-year-old Paul Biya, the oldest head of state in the world, is expected to win, continuing his 43-year grip on power. Biya faces 11 opponents, including former Labor Minister Issa Chiroma Bakare (79 years old), who has sparked unexpected enthusiasm among voters in the central African country, where half the population is under 20 years old.
