Jim Himes of Connecticut, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, told “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan” that “Congress has not been told anything” about the Trump administration’s strikes on Venezuelan ships allegedly used to transport drugs. “Based on what I know now” and the White House memo on the strikes, “these are unlawful killings,” Himes added.
