Penn State returns to State College, Pennsylvania, looking to bounce back from last week’s upset loss to UCLA Bruins. But the Northwestern Wildcats had other plans Saturday.

They will host Iowa State Penn State next week, and Groenkemeyer is expected to start at quarterback for the Nittany Lions.
