Penn State returns to State College, Pennsylvania, looking to bounce back from last week’s upset loss to UCLA Bruins. But the Northwestern Wildcats had other plans Saturday.

Franklin took over Penn State’s recent struggles. “I take full responsibility for all of this,” Franklin said. “I’ve hired all the staff, I’ve recruited all the players. I believe in all of them. But we’re not getting it done now.”
