The shocking discovery of a human foot on an Ibiza beach prompts a police investigation

An Ibiza beachgoer made a horrific discovery on Friday morning when a human foot washed ashore on a beach. The most crowded beaches on the island, Playa d’en Bossa.

Diario de Ibiza outlet location It was reported that the remains appeared among the debris of the storm and were spotted by an unknown man who was walking along the beach. The witness immediately informed the authorities, and by approximately 8 a.m. local time, several patrol units of the Spanish National Police arrived at the scene.

The man who made the discovery reportedly secured the foot with a stick to prevent it from drifting back into the water, according to Diario de Ibiza.

Police have not yet determined the source of the tip.

Officials told Metro UK they “are not ruling out any hypotheses and are continuing to work to clarify the facts.” No additional details were published.
