But it looks like viewers won’t be able to see Wendy adjust to life in the South, as Bravo has reportedly pulled her episode from the lineup, according to diverse.

Why were Wendy Osifo and her husband arrested?
As previously reported ExplosionWendy and her husband, Eddie, were arrested and booked in Westminster, Maryland, in the late hours of October 9.
Wendy reportedly faces 16 charges – seven counts of insurance fraud, eight counts of conspiracy to commit insurance fraud, and one count of making a false statement to police.
Eddie, on the other hand, faces 18 charges: nine counts of insurance fraud, eight counts of conspiracy to commit insurance fraud, and one count of making a false statement to police.

Were Wendy and Eddie Osefo the victims of a robbery?

Their arrest stems from an incident in April 2024, when they filed a report with the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, alleging their home had been broken into and burglarized while they were away on vacation in Jamaica.
Wendy and Eddie told officers that several expensive items were missing, including handbags, shoes, wallets and jewelry.
However, law enforcement stated that during the investigation, they noticed Wendy wearing one of her social media pieces of jewelry that she claimed was stolen.
Officers also said they discovered that items the couple claimed were taken from their home had been returned to stores “where the full amount was recovered prior to the alleged burglary.”

According to police reports, officers were skeptical about the alleged burglary, noting that nothing in Wendy and Eddie’s home looked out of place.
Officers also stated that the reality stars’ ADT home security system was activated during their trip to Jamaica; However, “no movement was detected inside the residence” while they were on vacation.
The police claim that Wendy and Eddie signed false documents

“He was asked if he had other insurance, but failed to disclose to Homesite and Jewelers that he was also submitting a claim to Travelers Insurance,” the police report said.
Wendy and Eddie reportedly signed statements seeking $2,500 in damages to the building and $450,000 in property losses.
On April 8, Eddie reportedly filed a claim with Travelers Insurance, stating that he and Wendy were wearing anniversary bracelets when they were robbed.
Two days later, Eddie called the company again to update his claim, confirming that his wife’s gold and diamond anniversary ring was in fact missing.

Travelers settled the claim on April 10 for $25,380, which included $4,500 for the replacement scope.
On April 11, Wendy and Eddie reportedly filed statements with Jewelers Mutual Insurance, claiming approximately 60 items had been taken from their home during the reported burglary. Among the items was Wendy’s gold diamond anniversary ring, which travelers reported stolen.
Police documents state that Eddie did not mention his previous claim or the $25,000 travelers check during his conversations with the jewelers when police interviewed him on April 22, 2024.
Could past emails come back to hurt Wendy and Eddie?

The drama does not end there. During the investigation, law enforcement recovered an email Eddie allegedly sent to Wendy a few days after the alleged burglary with a comprehensive list of items said to be missing from their Maryland home.
In the body of the email, Eddie allegedly asked his wife if there were “other high value items we could add to this inventory list (e.g., Chanel shoes, etc.)?”
“I am trying to get the total to exceed $423,000, which is our policy maximum,” the email continued.
When Wendy and Eddie were arrested, police carried out a “search and seizure raid” on their home, recovering at least “15 items allegedly stolen during the burglary.”
The officers also revealed that their investigations showed that “the Osifus family is in significant debt.”

In a statement to Variety, a representative for Osefos expressed gratitude for the concern and support for their well-being.
“Dr. Wendy Osifo and her husband, Edward Osifo, are back home safe with their family and in good spirits. They are grateful for the outpouring of concern and support from friends, fans and colleagues. The Osifos, along with their legal team, look forward to their day in court. At this time, they respectfully ask for privacy as they focus on their family and the legal process,” the statement read. “The next one.”
