Joshua Zirkzee discussed Manchester United’s transfer exit

Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee has reportedly already begun talks with the club about leaving in the January transfer window.

The Netherlands international is struggling for playing time with Manchester United at the moment, with Ruben Amorim bringing in new attacking players to add more competition over the summer.

Zirkzee has not had the most impressive first season at Old Trafford, and it now looks like it will be difficult for him to get a lot of minutes.

This is far from ideal in a World Cup year, with the 24-year-old keen to secure a place in the Dutch squad for next summer’s tournament.

According to Graeme Bailey of TBR FootballZirkzee wants to leave and has already held talks about this with people at United.

“I’ve been told that Zirkzee has held talks with United “They are aware of his situation, he wants to go to the World Cup finals, but he will not take into account the current situation,” Billy said.

Zirkzee is understandably keen To return to Italy, they could have that option as Juventus, Milan and Como have shown interest in his services.

It will be interesting to see where Zirkzee ends up, but it certainly seems unlikely that he will still be a United player by the end of January.
