West Indies pacer Jayden Seals gave a cold look at Team India opener Yashasvi Jaiswal during the second and final Test between the two teams. The incident occurred between Seals and Jaiswal during India’s first innings on Day 1 (Friday, October 10) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
Yashasvi showed a clinical batting performance that kept India firmly in control on the opening day. He scored a well-paced century, while Sai Sudharsen looked impressive with a half-century. Meanwhile, KL Rahul, who scored a century in the first Test in Ahmedabad, was unable to capitalize on his promising start.

Earlier in the first session, KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal added 58 runs for the opening wicket. Jomel Warrican dismissed Rahul for 38 off 54 balls. Rahul was confused after trying to walk on the track. Despite this breakthrough, West Indies struggled to create more chances in the session.
Warrican then broke the 193-year-old partnership between Jaiswal and Sai Sudharsan. The left-arm spinner trapped Sudharsan in front of the stumps. The left-handed batsman scored 87 runs off 105 balls, including 12 boundaries.
At the time of writing, India are 257/2 after 70 overs, with Jaiswal (127) and Shubman Gill (5) at the crease. Warrican took two wickets for the West Indies, while Jayden Seales conceded 45 runs in 13 overs without taking a wicket.
India are looking to post a big total in the first innings during the Delhi Test
India are eyeing a big total in the first innings. They registered an emphatic innings and 140-run win in Ahmedabad. A win in Delhi would not only end the series 2-0, but also give Shubman Gill his first home victory as captain.
India will register a Test series win at home for the first time since their 3-0 defeat to New Zealand last year. The Men in Blue have remained unbeaten against the West Indies in Tests since 2002 and in Delhi since 1987.
On the other hand, the visitors are under pressure to end a two-decade-long drought against India, having suffered six defeats in their last seven Test matches. Head coach Darren Sammy even likened their struggle to “cancer.” West Indies have scored 13 totals below 200 in the previous 15 innings.
