For Yolanda, sparing no expense for her daughter’s recovery is non-negotiable.

“Yolanda is a strict parent but it’s in her best interest,” an insider said. “Bella going to Germany was most likely Yolanda’s idea and it prompted her to go there to receive treatment and take time off work to get better.”
