A woman’s advice about relationships has sparked online backlash after she claimed women “shouldn’t have to pay bills”. In a video clip spread on Instagram, the woman stood confidently in front of Buckingham Palace, the residence of the British monarch, and boldly declared: “I know I will get a lot of hate for saying this out loud,” before saying: “Ladies, if you are in a relationship or dating… “Remember, there is no 50/50.”
She said that even if women can afford their bills, they should not pay them, stressing that partners should treat them like “queens.” Inspired by her location, she added: “I feel like a queen standing in front of Buckingham Palace,” and continued: “If he can’t pay your bills, there are millions waiting – don’t settle for less.”
The video, posted by Instagram user @thenishfactor with the caption: “Choose your man wisely women,” has garnered more than 106,000 views since it was uploaded. However, the advice sparked heated discussions in the comments section. Many viewers criticized her viewpoint, with some calling her a “gold digger” and accusing her of promoting outdated materialistic ideals.
