Prominent American businessman Ari Emanuel has unveiled a new holding company, which will include many of the assets of Endeavor Holdings Group and… Live sporting events And experiences.
Emmanuel, CEO of entertainment and media agency Endeavor W TKO Holding GroupHe announced that his latest project will be working under the name MARI. The Frieze arts organization and IMG’s portfolio of tennis events, including the Miami Open and Madrid Open, are controlled by MARI. The new holding company will also own a joint majority in Barrett-Jackson auto auction house.
The Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open, the Mubadala City DC Open and the SP Open also make up IMG’s extensive tennis portfolio. Other major ATP tournaments such as the Japan Open and Rio Open fall under the company’s management.

Furthermore, the MGM Macau Tennis Masters, a tennis exhibition and invitational event, is organized by IMG, a subsidiary of TKO Group Holdings.

The newly formed company completed the acquisition of Frieze and all other deals on Wednesday to coincide with the launch of MARI.
Mark Shapiro, CEO of TKO Holdings Group, will serve on MARI’s board of directors and is also listed as a lead investor. Other major investors include RedBird Capital Partners, Qatar Investment Authority, HSG, IMI Media Group, Ares Management Funds and Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong.
