About 900 people were triggered by a snowstorm in Mount Everest, reaching safety

Beijing Official media reported late on Tuesday that about 900 hikers, guides, and other employees who were cut off due to a weekend snowstorm in a valley on the Chinese side of Mount Everest arrived at safety.

The storm hit the area on Saturday night, which led to the arrival of the place where the hikers resided in tents at an altitude of more than 16 thousand feet.

In Nepal, a South Korean climber died at the weekend near the Mira Beck summit, a mountain in the Himalayas, which is 21,250 feet south of Everest.

Snow storms at the beginning of the season struck at least two other areas in western China during the weekend, killing one person and cutting the means of car drivers on a ice highway and covered with snow near a picturesque walking area for long distances.

More than 200 people were evacuated from Wadi Naya and Ruar in the Killian Mountains, Chenghai Province. A person died due to low body temperature and highland.

The area is not developed, and the authorities later warned people against entering without permission, due to the difficult terrain and an unpredictable weather and average height more than 13,000 feet.

In the Xinjiang region in northwest of China, the Kanas area with a scenic landscape was closed after a snowstorm on Sunday, which cut the ways to car drivers on a highway. The official media said that the road was cleared by Monday.
