The House of Representatives Supervision Committee has dropped its summons to former FBI director James Comey, after he said that he had no knowledge of the committee’s investigation in Jeffrey Epstein, Hill I mentioned, quoting a letter sent by Komi to the committee.
In the October 1 message it was sent to Committee Chairman James KumerR-Ky, Komei said he had no “knowledge” or “information related to the achievement of the committee” in the late children with children.
Kumi was scheduled to be deposited on Tuesday in front of the committee studying Epstein’s contacts and possible government relations dating back to the nineties.

“I present this message instead of depositing that would not fairly consume the rare time of the committee and its resources,” Kumi wrote.
Comey served as Deputy Prosecutor from 2003 to 2005, after which the FBI director from 2013 to 2017 – two periods now under audit by Republicans in the House of Representatives are looking for answers about Epstein’s federal contacts.

The late committed suicide along with Epsin in 2019 while waiting for the prosecution of federal sex trafficking, although the questions are still about the circumstances surrounding his death.
He issued a wave of calling notes in August linked to the investigation of the Jeffrey Epstein – including Comey, former President Bill Clinton and former Foreign Minister Hillary Clinton.

COMER also summoned the Ministry of Justice for the records related to the Ibstein case.
Others ordered the appearance of the former director of the Federal Investigation Office, Robert Muller and former lawyers, Loreta Lynch, Eric Holder, William Bar, Jeff Sessions, Alberto Gonzales.
The holder and the general lawyer, Merik Garland, sent similar messages to Comey’s, and he rejected any knowledge of two Ibsin and prompted the next to withdraw these exploited notes, according to the hill.
It is not clear whether Clinton’s sessions will continue.

The work of the committee comes amid an increasing party tension on how to deal with Epstein’s investigation The Republican Party base has broken the current administration of the case.
Senior Republicans, including President Donald Trump and spokesperson Mike Johnson, R. La. COMER has already released thousands of pages of documents that were called from the Ministry of Justice and Epstein.
