What if the future of artificial intelligence means the power outage of your home? This is not a scientific imagination, as it is a crisis that is looming on the horizon because the artificial intelligence models of data pushing energy bills to the extended electrical networks and extend to the edge of the abyss.

In a blatant warning to X, VEMBU pointed to a 60 % jump in electricity costs since 2023 in Athens, Georgia-Toms, from the height of the AI’s data centers.

“Even if we can withstand all graphics processing units (no!), We cannot buy the electricity bill,” he wrote. “We cannot afford to harm families and factories.”

Today, Amnesty International described “extraordinary energy” and said that India should rethink how digital infrastructure is building.

He said, “We need more artificial intelligence efficiency in energy use,” and it calls for a basic shift in how to calculate artificial intelligence.

India’s data center capacity is expected to be a balloon of 1.2 GB in 2024 to 5 GW by 2030.

The work burden of artificial intelligence can consume 40 to 50 hours per year by that time-the power generation system that is already subjected to pressure to meet the increasing industrial and residential demand.

Although India increases its total capacity to generate it to 777 GW, experts warn that any shortage of renewable energy goals can create a regional deficit, especially in the heavy areas of artificial intelligence. If clean energy growth slides, the nation may face an annual gap of 6 tins – with the risk of power outages during heat waves or artificial intelligence activity.

Local networks may not be equipped to deal with the concentrated demand for data centers, raising the ghost of the regional current that struck homes and factories alike.
