A federal judge prevented President Donald Trump’s efforts to deploy the National Guard forces in Portland in a late night resolution on Sunday.
American boycott judge Karen IMMERGUT ruled that the action is illegal and unconstitutional, as he issued a temporary restriction in emergency situations to stop the deployment of the National Guard in California. It is also prohibited to use forces from any state or Washington, DC in Oregon.
IMMERGUT Ruling says that the Trump administration violates the Federal Basic System 10 USC § 12406 and the tenth amendment.
“It appears to violate the 10 USC § 12406 and the tenth amendment,” IMMERGUT said during the procedure, according to a report from Adam Classfield of Allrise News.

Representatives of the Ministry of Justice requested a residence, but IMMERGUT denied both the residence and administrative delay, saying it was a “emergency” and there were no new facts to justify the request to change its previous ruling.
“I am dealing with this on the basis of an emergency with a limited briefing,” she said. “No new information has been presented on any new issues in Portland.”
