Syrian voters will choose members of the first parliament after torque on Sunday (October 5) in a critical process, with the appointment of a third of the members by the interim leader Ahmed Al -Sharra. This process is widely expected to unify Sharaa’s strength and ask more questions about how to unify the country after 13 years of civil war. According to the interim government in Damascus, northeastern Syria was largely excluded from the electoral process for security reasons. Negotiations are supposed to integrate this Kurdish region in the rest of Syria, but in the absence of significant progress, the confrontation continues. In Raqqa, the Kurdish authorities are preparing for any possibility.
