Arsenal coach Mikel Arta talked about his pride after calling Miles Lewis-Skili to the England band.

The Three Lions are facing Wales and Latvia in October, where the young Gunners is looking to win his place in the World Cup next summer.

Speaking before Arsenal’s home clashed with West Ham on Saturday, Arteta opened the progress in the full back.

He said: “From a person like Thomas (Tuchil), whom I know well, in order to describe Miles this way is the credit for the boy and the family and everyone who was part of his teaching.

“Maybe Miles did not play for several minutes as he wanted, but he is a professional in the way he was sharing with his team and gives you the ability to rely on him.”

Gabriel update

Arteta was also interrogated about Gabriel’s fitness to visit West Ham.

He added: “We will have to wait and see after training (with Gabriel). We will have to see how everyone is, but we are not worried about it.

((Peru Henkabi) will be available after the international break, this game came very quickly.

“Kay (Hefrtz), Noni (Madeweik) and Jabi (Jesus) are identical.
