3 things we learned in 8 years of training

The people I talk to feel tired and increased.

They already have a ton on their plate with work, family and other responsibilities.

No wonder there is a strong desire for someone to simplify things!

But it comes in reverse results when it leads to plans that are not suitable for your life.

Exercises that are not the right level, restricted meals plans, and time tables that assume that you have all the time and energy in the world leave you burning and returned in the first box.

Change is difficult.
