These iPhone settings helped me reduce screen time

My phone is being pasted to a large extent on the hands of the second, I wake up until I sleep the second sleep, and I feel that my mind turns into marble because of this. I have a problem: I look at my iPhone a lot.

In this week’s episode of Prove it, which you can watch the above, I try to curb the screen time by running some iOS 18 Wellness features. Yes, I know that iOS 26 has come out … but I haven’t said yet. I use iPhone 12 Mini. Can the implementation of time limits on some of my largest applications consuming the screen time help solve the problem? I wanted to prepare a routine that is disrupted to help me form new habits as I no longer start and finish my daily with the iPhone in my hands – and we hope to believe in myself from social media. Are these features and mogs, which can be overcome with a simple click of the button, are strong enough to get me on the phone’s position?

I am in continuous research on ways to dismantle continuous social media, and earlier this year, I A day spent Using Light phone 3 Instead of my iPhone. If you are interested in stupid phones, you should watch the video.
