The Ministry of Health in Gaza said on Sunday, a day before Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is heading to the White House for talks with US President Donald Trump to stop Israel’s continuous attack in Gaza.

Netanyahu was subjected to heavy international pressure to end the war. Key Western allies, including Canada, have joined a growing list of countries that realize a Palestinian state on Israeli objections. The European Union is studying sanctions against Israel and there are increasing moves for the country’s sports and cultural boycott.

After dozens of delegates from the hall exploded, Netanyahu informed the challenging colleagues on Friday at the United Nations General Assembly that his nation “must end the job” against Hamas in Gaza, where his army continued his attack in Gaza City.

Dozens of the United Nations General Assembly come out as Netanyahu speaks in Israel

The delegates came out of multiple countries from the United Nations General Assembly on Friday, as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ascended to treat world leaders. It comes at a time when the deadly Israel campaign in Gaza is close to a two -year mark since the Hamas -led attack on October 7, 2023.

Trump has so far stood behind Israel. But the American leader showed signs of impatience recently, especially after Israel bombed Qatar earlier this month in what appears to be a failed attempt to kill Hamas. At the White House meeting on Monday, Trump is expected to share a new proposal to end the war.

There are still forty -eight hostages held in Gaza, and about 20 of them are believed by Israel to be alive. The ceasefire talks have stopped since Israel’s strike was widespread in Doha, Qatar.

Plan to stop shooting from 21 points for Trump

Trump put forward a 21 points of immediate ceasefire.

The proposal will include the launch of all hostages within 48 hours and a gradual withdrawal of the Israeli forces from the Palestinian enclave, according to three Arab officials in the plan. The officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the ongoing talks, said the proposal is not permanently and that the changes are very possible.

Trump discussed the proposal with Arab leaders in New York on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.

Hamas official said that the group was launched in the plan, but it has not yet received an official offer from Egyptian and Qatari brokers. Hamas said it was “to study any positive and responsibility proposals.”

The official said that the group had previously said it was ready to release all the hostages in exchange for ending the war and withdrawing the full Israeli forces from the tape.

The US ambassador to Israel will be in Cairo to pay the ceasefire

The US ambassador to Israel, Mike Hakapi, will visit Cairo to meet Egyptian officials to discuss the ceasefire as well as Egypt’s relations with Israel, according to officials.

The journey will be likely to be held early next month, according to Egyptian officials who spoke provided that his identity is not disclosed because the details of the trip have not been published yet. The American embassy in Israel said that Hakapi will travel to Cairo as part of the “regular diplomatic consultations” between regional partners.

The relationship between Israel and Egypt – the first Arab country to establish relations with Israel – has revealed in recent months about the Israeli Doha attack and the fears that the Palestinians have left the Gaza Strip could be immersed in Egypt. Israel also expressed concern about an Egyptian military accumulation in the Sinai Peninsula, a violation of the 1979 peace treaty between the two countries.

The explosions were reported without stopping in Gaza

Local hospitals in central Gaza said that at least 10 people were killed when at least two homes were struck in the Nawwayer refugee camp.

In its daily report, the ministry said that the death toll rose to 66,005, with another 16,8162 wounded since the attack led by Hamas on October 7, 2023. Among the dead were 79 who were brought to hospitals during the past 24 hours.

The ministry does not differentiate between civilians and fighters in its losses, but it said that women and children constitute about half of the dead. Its numbers are seen as reliable appreciation by the United Nations and many independent experts.

The population has reported to hear the sounds of explosions overnight throughout the city, which is likely to come from the demolition of buildings by detonating vehicles and explosive robots.

“They were non -stop,” said Sayed Baker, a Palestinian who is approaching the Shiva Hospital.

The Israeli army did not immediately comment on the strikes, but he said it hit 140 military targets of Hamas over the past 24 hours, including militants, monitoring equipment and infrastructure.

Israel’s attack destroyed vast areas of Gaza, and about 90 percent of the population has been received and caused a catastrophic humanitarian crisis, with experts saying Gaza City is suffering from famine.
