- South Korean Foreign Affairs Minister Zhou Hyun Lavrov met in New York, expressing “Seoul’s concern” over military cooperation between Russia and North Korea. Thousands of North Korean forces have been sent to help Russia in its war against Ukraine, and Pyongyang Moscow has strengthened with a huge transfer of weapons.
