Türkiye abandons the food fighting to force the Donner Kwab bases on Europe

A Turkish attempt to compel the kebab stores in the European Union has been withdrawn to adhere to strict rules on how to make Kibab Donner.

If the “traditional, guaranteed specialization” mark succeeds, restrictions will be imposed on the types of ingredients that can be used.

The kebab industry in Germany was especially charged, as Doneer developed on High Street Street over the decades to be somewhat different from the origin of Türkiye.

The Turkish authorities have argued that the national dish that spread to Europe should be seen through the immigration of the Turks. But German officials said that taking a kebab had become part of its national cuisine.

The traditional way to cook meat is on the vertical Schubetieri to the sixteenth century, according to the UDOFED Union (UDOFED), and the name Done is associated with that cooking.

I asked the European Union to impose unified bases across the bloc that requires:

  • The meat will come from a cow between the ages of 16 months, or lamb for at least six months, or chicken and breast thighs
  • Cheme and Turkey meat will be banned
  • Meat slices should be done with a 3-5 mm thick
  • The type of knife will be organized, and pickles will be subject to the rules as well

The German alternative to the veal kebab is often used in a flat bread full of vegetables, including red cabbage, pickles, and red onions, topped with sauces – and thus can be seen as a European eating Turkish classic.

The Turkish Federation failed to consult the kebab industry in Germany, which returned to the government’s support in Berlin.

The German Food and Agriculture Ministry told BBC last year that it had noticed the Turkish offer “with some amazement.”

The former German Food and Agriculture Minister Sim Ozdimir, a veteran politician of Turkish origin, said that it is up to everyone to determine how the manner should be eaten in his country, and that there was no need for guidelines from Ankara.

“Doner belongs to Germany,” insisted.

If Udofed followed with its width, the European industry dominated by the Turkish diaspora was affected.

In Germany alone, there are more than 1.5 million Turkish citizens, and nearly many Turkish origin.

About 60,000 people work in this industry, where they produce about 400 tons of kebab per day, according to the Turkish Doner Manufacturers Association in Europe (ATDID).

The annual sales of kebab generate about 3.5 billion euros (3 billion pounds) throughout Europe, including 2.4 billion euros in Germany alone.

The Turkish UNHCR said it had withdrawn its offer on September 23.

Its application has attracted a large number of objections.

Trying to find a compromise failed. The Turkish BBC official told the Turkish BBC that the offer was heading towards rejection in any case.
