France to recognize the Palestinian state, but Germany and Italy say yet

President Emmanuel Macron will officially recognize a Palestinian state in New York on Monday, with the support of many other European countries, describing France’s movement as “necessity.”

Macron, who is highly leading in the wake of a decision from the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia, said his step will be “the beginning of a political process, a peace plan and security for all.”
