When the TEAM USA team has the last time successfully celebrated the Ryder Cup, Scotie Scheffler has played a completely different role for the expectation he faces in this year’s competition in Bethpage Black.

“When you are the best player in their team, when you are Mcilroy, you are Tiger (Woods) or Phil (Mickelson) or whatever it is, you carry a great burden for your team,” said Bradley. “I think this happens with Michael Jordan, Tom Brady.

“These men have been built for that, and I think they are, in a sick way, looking forward to that. They want this pressure – and not everyone wants it. People can say, but not everyone wants it.

“Scotti, I think it is hoping that it will be related to the individual. I bet he loves dreams on this topic. This type of scottie is about the rest of the players.”

Bradley publicly praised the champion of the pioneer four times “to literally do everything necessary for us to win the Ryder Cup”, and its importance in the team’s room, although Sheffler has reduced any additional responsibility.
