Nerman Bahrat Samelan: Politics makers, industrial leaders to gather to discuss the infrastructure vision in India

The Nirman Bharat Sammean – real estate and infrastructure summit will be held on September 21, 2025, in Delhi, where it brought together senior policy makers, industrial leaders and experts to discuss the future of urban development in India and infrastructure growth. The main goal of this summit is to discuss the topics related to infrastructure in India, the affordable housing, and the construction of new India. The summit is a day full of visions, innovations and strategies that make up the country’s real estate and infrastructure.

This event will start at 11:00 am with the “Nayi Soch Naya Bharat” session, which includes Manohar Lal Khattar, Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs, with the Ashok Singhal rate. This session will put the tone of discussions on innovative urban solutions and sustainable housing models.

At 11:30 am, the session “Sabka Sapna Guar Ho APNA” will highlight the comprehensive housing initiatives. MANOJ Gaur, CMD from Gaurs Group and President Credai (NCR) will participate, visions about making home ownership available, and modified by Sweta Singh.

“Ghar Baithekhardoghar” will explore from 12:00 to 12:45 pm digital transformation in real estate transactions. Industrial leaders of Signature Global, Anarock Group, CBRE, Square Yards, and Colliers India, moderated by Neha Batham.

The focus will then turn into the infrastructure with “Top Gear Mein Expressway!” From 12:45 to 1:15 pm, it includes prominent characters such as RK Pandey, Awanish Kumar Awasthi and Raghav Chandra, where to discuss highway development projects.

After lunch at 1:15 pm, sessions such as “I Love Noida” and “Vikas Ka Aadhar” will display urban growth, smart city development, investment opportunities, with experts from Nuwaida, Knight Frank India, IIFCL and Deloitte India that lead discussions.

In the afternoon sessions include “The Highway in India” with Nitin Jadkari, and “Vikas Ka Ka” with Harsh Malhotra, followed by “Nai Bharat Ki Tasfir” and “Sanat Nickeliga Samahadan”, to address social justice and regional development challenges.

Today, “Badal Raha Hai Bharat” will be concluded with highlighting technology, youth empowerment, and water resources planning, which was run by Sweta Singh. The summit is to be a comprehensive platform for policy makers, real estate leaders and infrastructure experts to form a vision of modern, comprehensive and sustainable spices.
