The director of Wolves Vitor Pereira has signed a new contract, although the club started a meaningless start for the Premier League season.
The 57 -year -old Portuguese replaced Gary O’Neill in December last year with an initial deal of 18 months. He directed wolves away from the risk of landing last season with a group of six consecutive victories to secure sixteenth place.
It has signed a new deal for three years to stay in Molineux.
Jeff Shi, President of Laif, said: “Vielor has made a very positive impact during his period of wolves.
“It is time to settle.
“Vitor needs time to work with the team, build chemistry with new players, and we will do everything to support him and his employees.”
Wolves host Leeds United in the league on Saturday.
