Macrons to present the “scientific” court guides to prove that Brigitte is a woman, the lawyer says

Emmanuel Macron and his wife, Brigitte, are planning to provide photographic and scientific evidence to an American court to prove that Mrs. Macron is a woman.

Their lawyer says that the French President and Mrs. Macron will file the documents in a defamation suit that they had taken against the right -wing effect, Kandis Owens, after her belief that Brigitte Macron was born as a male.

Mrs. Owens’s lawyers responded to a request to refuse to claim.

Speaking to the BBC’s fame under the fire extinguishing, Macron’s lawyer said in the case, Tom Claire, that Mrs. Macron found that allegations were “incredibly disturbing” and it was “distraction” for the French president.

“I do not want to suggest that the matter has been thrown in one way or another from his game. But just like anyone who turns on a profession and a family life as well, when your family is attacked, he is wearing you. He is not immune to that because he is a head of state,” he said.

Mr. Claire said that there will be a “testimony of experts that will appear and that will be scientific in nature,” and although he will not reveal, at this stage, his accurate nature, the couple said ready to show “completely, especially” that the allegations are wrong.

“It is incredibly annoying to think that you should go and subject yourself, to put this type of proof forward,” he said.

“It is a process that will have to submit itself in a very general way. But it is ready to do this. She firmly decided to do what it takes to record the record straight.

“If this is not satisfied and the discomfort that it has to open itself in this way, it is what it takes to record a straight record and stop this, it is 100 % ready to meet this burden.”

When asked if Macrons would provide pictures of the pregnant Bergate and raising her children, Mr. Claire said they were present and would be presented in court where there are rules and standards.

Mrs. Owens, a former suspended US Outlet Daily Wire, who has millions of followers on social media, has repeatedly promoted her that Brigitte Macron is a man.

In March 2024, she claimed that she would participate in her “entire professional reputation” for the claim.

The prosecution arose in the online margins years ago, especially through a video on YouTube for 2021 by French bloggers, Amandin Roy and Natasha Ri.

Initially, Macrons won a defamation case in France against Roy Wrie in 2024, but this ruling was canceled at the appeal in 2025 on the basis of freedom of expression, not on the basis of truth. Macron appeals the decision.

In July, Macron filed a lawsuit against Mrs. Owens in the United States. She claims that she “ignored all the reliable evidence that refutes her demand for the well -known theorists from the conspiracy and deformities that have proven its usefulness.”

In cases of American defamation against general numbers, the prosecutors must prove “actual malice” – that the defendant intentionally publishes false information or act with a reckless ignorance of the truth.

In August, Emmanuel Macron explained to the French magazine, Paris, why they chose to follow the legal procedures.

“This is related to defending my balcony! Because this is nonsense. This is a person who knows very well that she has wrong information and did this with the aim of causing harm, in an ideological service and firm relations of right -wing leaders.”

Mrs. Owens’s lawyers responded to the Macron lawsuit with a request to dismiss, on the pretext that the case should not be submitted in Delaware, because she says that she does not relate to her work, which was combined into the state. They claim to be forced to defend the case in Delaware that would cause “great financial and operational hardship”.

The BBC approached the legal team of Candice Owens to comment. She has already said that she believes that what she says is true and there is nothing more American than freedom of expression and the ability to criticize.
