The man accused of shooting Charlie Kerk, the first time in court on Tuesday, appeared in front of a judge in Utah.
Tyler Robinson, 22, is charged with strict murder, a felony to recruit a firearm, two charges of obstructing justice, two of the tampering with witnesses, and a violent crime when children are present.
