Gameskraft Cfo Ramesh Prabhu turned the company’s companies into the P & O Personal Trade, lost 250 rupees: Report

Gameskraft Technologies “Gameskraft Technologies”, Gameskraft Technologies, which is taken from Bangaluru, in a “voluntary” email message, owned to transfer the company’s funds in futures and options trading, then lose more than 250 rupees. In the email sent on March 5, Brabho admitted that his actions were a “serious violation of confidence”, as a report revealed. He added that there are no other employees who are complicit or familiar with the scheme.

According to a report issued by Moneycontrol, the revelation came in the first information report (FIR) registered on September 9 after submitting a complaint by the company. In the fir area, Gameskraft claimed that Brabho “non -Amin” had started from the money of 270.43 rupees over a period of about five years. He used this money for his personal commercial activities without the company’s approval, approval or authority.

The company conducted, according to the report, a “fact -finding” review, which showed unauthorized financial transactions of 231.39 rupees between FY20 and FY25. From this, 211.53 rupees were shown wrongly as “investments” in the company’s books. This was a physical value of 250.57 rupees on March 31, 2024. 19.86 additional rupees were registered as investments in the 25th fiscal year, due to any of the games that Gameskraft was removed 270.43 rupees in its financial data in the fiscal year 25.

Prabhu used the RBL banking account for transactions for its personal banking account, with a mark as investments in the company’s books. He also changed the company’s banking data and established fake joint investment fund data, according to the report.

Since the email on March 5, Prabhu has been uncomfortable. The complaint added that the company failed to contact it or determine its whereabouts.

Gameskraft is one of the companies that are affected by the government’s ban on real funds under the recently approved Promotion and Regulation Law.
