An investigation into the United Nations has found that Israel’s war on Gaza is genocide, and it is a historic moment after nearly two years of war.

Navi Pillay, Chairman of the United Nations Independent International Investigation Committee for the occupied Palestinian territories, has announced an investigation into the United Nations to the island on Tuesday.

“We have identified President (Isaac Herzog), Prime Minister (Benjamin) Netanyahu and former defense minister (Yoav Gallant) based on their statements and orders they made,” Pelay said in an interview.

She added: “Because these three individuals were agents of the state, according to the law, the state is responsible. Therefore, we say that it is (the case of Israel) that committed the genocide.”

According to the report, the committee found that in addition to the statements made by Israeli officials, there was “circumstantial evidence” that led to their results on the intention of genocide.

“The committee concludes that the Israeli authorities and the Israeli security forces have the intention of genocide to destroy, in whole or in part, the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip,” and found the report.

However, the Israeli ambassador to Geneva criticized the results of the report and indicated to it as a “scandal”, “fake” and “timing defamation”.
