On Monday, China accused Nvidia of violating the country’s laws of the country’s obsessive and said it would crawl to the largest chip maker in the world, which increased tensions with Washington while the two countries gather for commercial talks this week.

Chinese organizers said they would conduct “more investigations” in NVIDIA after a preliminary investigation found that the company had violated the regulations when it acquired the network transfer network and the Mellanox data transfer for $ 6.9 billion in 2020.

NVIDIA did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Chinese organizers said last year that they were looking into suspected violations linked to Milan’s acquisition. NVIDIA shares fell $ 2.81, or 1.6 %, to $ 175.01 in pre -market trade on Monday.

The decision increases the pressure on the United States, where Washington officials make trade talks in Spain with Beijing representatives, and follow other moves by Beijing to increase the audit of the American chips industry.

Anti -beating investigation

On Saturday, the Chinese Ministry of Trade said it was conducting an anti -beating investigation into some IC’s analog chips imported from the United States, including commodity chips conducted by companies such as Texas tools and semi -conductors.

The ministry also announced a separate probe to combat discrimination in the United States’ measures against the church sector in China.

In talks that are scheduled to be nominated from Sunday to Wednesday, US Treasury Secretary Scott Besent meets with the Chinese Deputy Prime Minister in Madrid for negotiations on customs duties and national security issues related to the ownership of the social media platform Tiktok.

It is the fourth round of discussions after meetings in London, Geneva and Stockholm. The two governments have agreed to several stops for a period of 90 days on a series of increasingly mutual definitions, which exceeds a comprehensive trade war.

California -based California, California, is the most valuable semiconductor maker in the world’s trade war between the United States of China, where the two sides were a battle for the superiority of technology.

The company has faced restrictions on china exports to China imposed by the administration of President Joe Biden, which was strengthened by President Donald Trump.
