New Nazi, the leader of the golden dawn, who was released from prison early

Nikos Michaloliakos, leader of the Nazi Nazi Party, was released from prison less than mid -road to his sentence.

The Judicial Council allowed the right -wing politician and the Holocaust Currency by the Judicial Council to spend the remaining 13 years of its penalty within the limits of its home for health reasons on Friday, according to government media reports.

The 67 -year -old conditional version angered after five years of left -wing parties, on the pretext that the judiciary should not have appeared.

This is the second time that Michalolakos was allowed after his conviction in 2020 due to a series of violent attacks on immigrants and political competitors committed by the golden dawn supporters.

He was briefly released in May 2024, and the reports of the news agency to Agence France -Presse, before judicial officials found that he did not show enough good behavior and forced him to return to prison.

He founded Michelkos and headed a party and found it as a criminal organization linked to the killing of anti -fascist musician, as well as an attempt to kill Egyptian fishermen and Communist activists.

The matter came third in the 2012 Greek elections in a vote against immigration, as it was fueled by economic difficulties due to the financial crisis in the country.

Michaloliakos himself admired Nazism and gave Hitler’s greeting in the party’s marches. While Golden Dawn officially denied that it was a new Nazi movement, it adopted an icon affected by Nazism.

He and his former deputies were convicted of running or belonging to the criminal group.

The new leftist party in Greece said in a statement to the government media that the release of Micheloliakos was “a dangerous blow to the collective memory and the struggle for democracy and justice,” adding that the judicial system “cannot send a message from punishment to those who embody hatred and fascism.”

The Communist Party in the country said that the decision should be vetoed, adding that “Golden Dawn’s crimes are not limited time in the awareness of the people and youth.”
