The criminal trial of a man accused of attempting to assassinate US President Donald Trump began a controversial start on Thursday, with a federal judge cut an opening statement from the defendant Ryan Roth, who represents himself.

The Florida -based American boycott judge, Eileen Cannon, has stopped offering Ruth to jury just a few minutes after Ruth occurred in topics including the origin of human species, and the settlement of American and international conflicts.

“This case does not mean anything at all,” Roth said, “This case does not mean anything,” which prompted the cannon to send the jury from the courtroom. Ruth Al -Qadi told that he wanted to talk about the nonviolence.

Cannon had warned earlier that Ruth was limited to patience for an argument “that would make fun of the dignity of the courtroom.”

Ruth, 59, acknowledged that he was not guilty of five federal charges, including an attempt to assassinate a senior presidential candidate. He faces the penalty of the maximum life in prison.

The trial started the next day of the right -wing activist and Trump ally, Charlie Kerk, and was killed during an event at the University of Utah Valley, which represents the latest political violence in the United States. Trump faced two assassination attempts during his 2024 presidential campaign that brought him back to the White House.

American prosecutors claim that Ruth has been hiding with a gun near the sixth hole at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, plans to kill Trump as he wanders in the session on September 15, 2024.

“Last year, the defendant, Ryan Roth, wanted to make sure that the people of this country could not election Donald Trump as President of the United States,” Public Prosecutor John Shipply said during his opening statement. “So the defendant decided to take the choice away from American voters.”

Ryan Roth, the man who was arrested after the police say he is a clear assassination attempt against Donald Trump, has a lengthy criminal record and a member of the Ukrainian Corps says he tried to include himself in efforts to recruit forces in Ukraine.

Shepli claimed that Ruth planned weeks to kill Trump, and traveled from his home in Hawaii to his hometown in North Carolina, and eventually to West Palm Beach in a family car with six mobile phones and stolen licensing panels. Shepli told jury, who stayed at a truck station for about a month, followed Trump’s movements and visiting the golf course about 17 times.

Robert Farkano, a private service agent in the US Secret Service, witnessed that he was playing a golf vehicle before Trump on the day of the accident and monitored a face and a rifle referring to it through a fence. Varkano said he had shot the weapon, which general prosecutors claim to flee from Ruth to flee.

During the interrogation, Fercano Ruth faced this episode.

“Mental, I must live with the fact that you directed a pistol on my face,” Fercano witnessed.

The accident occurred just two months after the targeted shooter, Trump, who suffered from his ear, in a campaign campaign in Pennsylvania. This gunman, Thomas Crocs, was shot dead at the scene.

Ruth, who lived an irregular life as a sufficient roofing contractor, had called for democracy in Taiwan and Ukraine, and was interviewed in 2023 on the Quixousic plan to spread Afghan refugees to help Okran invade Russia.

In July, Cannon told that he did not trust a “random person” to talk to him and will defend himself. Two former general defenders as lawyers work in a preparation for help in logistical issues.

The jury of seven women and five men hears the case.

The trial begins at a time when Trump places his seal on the US Department of Justice, which is being tried, and those responsible for shooting are insufficient.

In the development of fate, it will be held in the same court and in front of the same judge, where Trump faced criminal charges of accusing him of illegally adhering to the documents classified after his first term. Judge Eileen, who was nominated by Trump in 2020, rejected this case before reaching a trial.
