Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana has completed a loan to the Turkish Terpezsbur tip for the rest of the 2025-26 season.
The deal, which was confirmed before the deadline for Friday’s transfer in Türkiye, is exposed to international clearance. Onana has not yet appeared in the Premier League this term, with his only picnic in the CARABAO Cup in UNITED to Legue Two Grimsby.
“We would like to wish Andre well,” the club said in a statement.
Onana, 29, joined the United Milan in July 2023 for 47.2 million pounds as a substitute for David de Gea and continued to appear 102 games, including playing in the FA Cup victory for 2024.
However, his time in Old Trafford was distinguished by the contradiction and failed mistakes.
With the arrival of the Belgian goalkeeper Sen from Royal Antwerp on the day of the deadline in a deal worth 21 million euros (18.1 million pounds) in addition to additional jobs, director Robin Amorim will now rely on Lamments, Altay Bayindir and Tom Heaton as his options between jobs.
United returns to work on Sunday with a trip to its competitors, Manchester City.
