One of the young professionals has opened the blatant team between the training period and their full time, which sparked a broader conversation on the culture of the workplace in India.
“I trained with a different team, this was a really great period. Good team, good rest periods and good work,” the employee recalls.
But after joining the full time, the reality turned. They said: “The team that I joined is strange. They are exhausting. I used to leave as soon as I finish 9 hours or maybe 30 minutes, but here this team comes in the ninth, it remains until 8-9 every day.”
Even lunch breaks are transported. “Lunch breaks, they go to eating 15 minutes, and they return and work. My previous team went to walk/playing football.”
The employee said that weekends also spared. “They have already worked on Saturday. Some work until Sunday (with his name ends the enemy, they need more efforts).”
The most severe criticism was dedicated to driving. “The project manager is the worst person to be the prime minister, and he is not even known to plan things correctly and truly miss the Prime Minister who had during the training period.”
The post ends with a greater question: “So is it almost every other company in India? Or because I am outside the college, so I may feel that?”
Hit the account with a string with others online. One of the comments read: “These are the people who bring toxicity in the team.” Another asked frankly: “Hours stretch exactly? These are the Model Lala companies.”
