The program depends on the “Defense of spending” initiative in GSA, which has set opportunities for the most intelligent use of contract dollars. Under save, each suggestion faces two layers of review.
Cabinet The Office of the Executive Director of Procurement conducts the initial evaluation, then GSA confirms that the savings are legitimate, related to the employee’s actions, and is compatible with the acquisition rules.
