As it is I did last yearTCL showcases a new generation of NXTPAPER technology This week at CES. The new NXTPAPER 11 Plus tablet is designed around the also new NXTPAPER 4.0 display which uses ‘nano lithography’ to improve clarity and sharpness. Color accuracy is also better, with the new output measuring just one on the Delta-E scale (the scale measures how the human eye perceives differences in color and any value of one or less is said to be imperceptible to the human eye).

since then Launching in 2021The goal of NXTPAPER technology was to create a display that was more comfortable on the eyes, and now, not surprisingly, artificial intelligence is here to help make that happen. NXTPAPER 11 Plus has an AI-powered Smart Eye Comfort mode that adjusts the output based on different usage scenarios, and dedicated eye comfort modes allow users to adjust eye comfort settings to their liking. And features like NXTPAPER’s paper-like matte finish and blue light filtration technologies go further to help make looking at the screen easier for longer periods.

The new tablet will support Google Research circle The Smart Voice Memo function will transcribe and summarize the recordings. There is an intelligent translator to handle the language from voice, text and images, and AI translations provide real-time transcription of dialogue.

TCL’s NXTPAPER technology is relatively unique in the display industry, providing something almost like e-ink, but with the speed, accuracy and sharpness of a traditional LCD display. NXTPAPER 11 Plus price and availability are still available.
