Jacob Bethel believes that he should have played more cricket this summer after finding tester opportunities with difficult to reach England.
Bethell was chosen only for the fifth and final test of the series against India and recorded one characters in both the roles of defeat in the Kia OVAL that guaranteed a chain that was drawn.
The lack of Bethael’s involvement – which struck the fifties in each of the three winter tests against New Zealand, where England won this series 2-1 – a major point of discussion during the summer and was amplified when He scored 58 of 40 balls in the second ODI against South Africa.
The player himself says that he tried to remain concentrated among such speculation, but he admitted that he should have played more cricket around the India series.
“There was little noise (about me, I do not play enough), but I do not listen to it much,” he said.
“If I was honest, I should have played a little more when I was not playing in the tests, but this is something I would take and learn from it.
“Now I look forward to what I have so that the gap that I did not play is nice for me.”
Bethael: Playing in England, a dream verification
Although there is not a lot of opportunity to make his fingerprints in the red cricket game, Bethell has appeared strongly in the England team Ltd. and has positive reflections in the summer in general.
“I really enjoyed (this summer),” he said. “The West Indies Odi series earlier in the summer was white and that was great.
“I didn’t play much in the India test series, but I was around the collection for many of it and watching the highly octane test series.

“This will be a lesson for Bethell”
“He had an opinion on the amount of cricket he played, but the final decision decreases with (England’s Managing Director) Rob Key and” Brendon McCullum “.
“When players are very young, you must take a lot of players’ decision to consider – they must have their own game.
“I have no doubt that this will be a lesson for Bethell and that moving forward will not only look at the rounds you make, but also take more responsibility for his career and performance.
“I think one of its biggest features is that it is incredibly open and ready to grow. It is clear that there is one ear listening to what is going on.
“When I see it with the bats and the ball on hand or hear it speaks, it is very hungry for learning. You can get all the talents in the world, but if you are not ready to learn, you may not be present for a long time.”
