What to do when fitness looks like a routine work …

For most of my adult life, I was a full -time fitness professional.

But I have a confession to make it.

Fitness can feel like a routine work.

This is true, even “professionals” do not always feel the motives. My client does not.

This is normal. Nobody feels motivated all the time.

Fitness is a kind of thread. You don’t always love her, but you know it is important.

So what do you do when everything looks like another element in the “tasks” list?

First, give yourself permission to feel this way.
