The rules of the Federal Appeal Court are not a Trump tariff for the current law

The Federal Appeal Court ruled that most of the tariffs of President Donald Trump are illegal.

“We confirm Cit’s belief that trafficking in mutual definitions imposed by the challenged executive orders exceeds the commission delegated to the president through the text of IEPA,” says court’s opinion. “We also emphasize the grant of CIT to introduce the identification relief that orders” are not valid in contrast to the law. “
