The Constitutional Court in Thailand is beaten again, and the removal of another prime minister from his post.

The reputation committee in the country ruled that nine certain judges said that Paetongtarn Shinawatra violated ethical standards in a phone call that was in June with the veteran Cambodian leader Hun Sen, who leaked after that.

In this, Paetongtarn can be heard as interests towards Hun Sen over their country’s border conflict, and to criticize one of the army leaders.

She defended her conversation, saying that she was trying to make diplomatic progress with Hun Sen, an old friend of her father, Thaksin Xinwatra, and said that the conversation should have remained secret.

The leakage was very harmful and embarrassed for her and the Thai Pheu party. Her calls for resignation sparked because her largest coalition partner left the government, leaving her a small majority.

In July, seven out of nine judges in court voted on Paetongtarn, a margin indicating that they will suffer from the fate of its four predecessors. So Friday’s decision was not a surprise.

Paetongtarn is the fifth Thai Prime Minister to be removed from his position by this court, and they are all the departments that her father supports.

This has led to a widespread belief in Thailand that it always ruled against those who are seen as a threat by the conservative royal forces.

The court also banned 112 political parties, many of which are small, but including two former Thai -Fyo Fyu Party embodiment, and moved forward, the reform movement that won the last elections in 2023.

In a few other countries, political life was exposed to severe news by a branch of the judiciary.

In this case, the leaked phone conversation was the fate of Pateongtarn.

It is not clear why Hun Sen chose to burn his friendship with the Shinwatra family. It was angrily angrily to a comment by Paetongtarn and called for the use of the Cambodian driving for social media to pay its “non -professional” arguments.

Hun Sen described it as an “unprecedented insult”, which prompted him to “expose the truth.”

But his decision caused a political crisis in Thailand, which sparked tensions on their borders, which erupted last month to a five -day war that killed more than 40 people.

The Thai constitution now requires members of Parliament to choose a new prime minister from a very limited list.

Each party was asked to designate three candidates before the last elections, and PHETTAI was now used two, after the court was expelled from Srettha Thavisin last year.

Their third candidate, Chaikasem Nitisiri, is a former minister and party, but he does not have a few public files and is in a bad health condition. The alternative will be Anoten Charncherrakkol, the former Minister of the Interior, who came out of the Palmithi party from the ruling coalition, apparently on the leaked phone call.

The relations between the two parties are now tense, and the antin will rely on PHEU Thu, which has many seats, to form a government, which is hardly a recipe for stability.

The largest party in Parliament, and 143 deputies who were previously in the move that was now transferred forward and repaired as the People’s Party, pledged not to join any alliance, but staying in opposition until new elections are held.

The new elections seem to be the clear way to get out of the current political chaos, but Fio Tae does not want it. Two years later, he was unable to meet her promises to revive the economy.

For all its youth, the inexperienced Paetongtarn has failed to create any real authority in the country, with most Thai assumes that her father makes all the big decisions.

But it seems that the Thaksin Shinwatra has lost a magic touch. PHEU THI’s signature policy in the last elections, a digital portfolio that would put $ 10,000 ($ 308; 178 pounds) in the pocket of every Thai adult, and stopped widely on a large scale.

Other major plans, to legitimize casinos, and build a “ground bridge” linking the Indian and Pacific oceans, did not go anywhere.

While the Thai national feelings were launched on the border war with Cambodia, the friendship of the Shinwatra family has long been increased-although it is now broken-with Hun Sen doubts in the conservative circles that their commercial interests will always put in front of the nation’s pain.

The party’s popularity has decreased, and many seats are probably lost in the elections now.

For more than two decades, it was an unacceptable electoral power that dominated Thai policy.

It is difficult to see how you will repeat this domination.
