In this edition of Entre Nous, we look at a tradition that nine out of ten French people partake in at some point in January: eating ‘la galette des rois’, or kings cake. The pastry is often associated with Epiphany, or the moment when the Three Wise Men, or Three Kings, celebrated the birth of Jesus.
