Barcelona will be ready to sell midfielder Firmin Lopez, but only if two conditions are met.

The Catalan club prefers to maintain the 22 -year -old, but he accepts any revenues collected from the sale of Fermin that will be useful in his continuous attempt to meet the financial requirements of La Liga and enable them to ensure registration of all their new signatures.

The Barcelona -based Mundo Deportivo newspaper claims that a fee of 70 million euros is needed for them to consider the loss of a player who was with the club since the age of 12, while Firmin himself will also need to express the desire to move to Stamford Bridge.

Firmin may be seduced by Switch Chelsea

Firmin signed a new contract in October last year, linking him to Barcelona until 2029. He made 46 games for the club last season as they completed Liga and Copa Del Rey Double, scored eight goals and added 10 assists. However, it has been used as an alternative, and may tend to secure a step that would give him more opportunities for the first team, especially with looming on the World Cup in 2026.

Although there is a large band, Chelsea is short in the midfield after Kernan Diosbury Hall and Carney Chocoimica and Leslie Augoshoko sold this summer.

They are still expected to complete a step for the Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnasho before the deadline for the transfer on Monday, while Xavi Simons of RB Leipzig is another potential goal.

Enzo Maresca team won four points from the Premier League matches – Goalless tied at home to Crystal Palace and 5-1 win at West Ham on Friday evening.
