The head of the Mexican drugs, Ismail Mayo Zambada, admitted guilty of drug trafficking and conspiracy in a New York court, putting an end to one of the longest criminal and most famous professions in the history of organized crime.

Zambada was not only any head of the drug.

The founder of Cenalwa Cartel, for years, was the largest and strongest criminal organization in Mexico – with amazing global arrival.

Last year, he admitted that he was not guilty of a group of drug smuggling crimes, money laundering and money laundering crimes. But now, he changed his call to a federal judge in Brooklyn.

When doing this, he officially accepted his role in establishing the wide criminal network that sent huge amounts of cocaine and other medicines to the United States since he participated in the establishment of the cartel at the end of the eighties.

The Associated Press reported that in the court, Zambada apologized for his actions.

“I realize that the great harm made by the illegal drugs of people in the United States and Mexico,” said through a translator in Spanish, according to the Associated Press. “I apologize for all of this, and I take responsibility for my actions.”

The local Mexican media also said that Zambada admitted “the organization that heads corruption in my country in my country by pushing the police, military and political leaders who allowed us to work freely.”

The move comes weeks after the US public prosecutors asserted that they will not search for the death penalty against the 77 -year -old Mexican kings.

Zambada was arrested in Texas last year after an unusual double ulceration by his former ally, the founder of Sinalua Cartel Prison, Joakin El Chapo Joseman.

El Chapo was sentenced to life imprisonment in the same court in 2019.

After his arrest, the cartel was divided into two main factions: one led by El Mayo, and its competitor, led by the children of Guzman, known as “Los Chapitos”. The conflict between the two sides continues to be angry, especially in the state of Sinoa itself.

In late July 2024, it was claimed that Zambada was seduced to attend a meeting with one of El Chapo, Joaquín Guzmán López.

Initial reports indicated that Joseman Lopez had deceived his opponent in a light plane, but later claimed that he was subjected to an ambush and overcame Los Chapo, and was forcefully transferred to Texas.

US law enforcement officials were waiting for the plane when it landed near El Basso and both men were held immediately.

By acknowledging guilt, Zambada is expected to receive a more lenient penalty. In the late seventies of the last century, according to what was stated in a bad health condition, it may have already been glorified to continue to claim his innocence, especially given the condemnation of Joseman and the prison sentence for life in 2019.

“The rest of his life will spend his life behind bars. He will die in an American federal prison where he belongs.”

It was confirmed last year that both the sons of Jozman – Jawakin and his younger brother, Ovideo – were negotiating with the United States government.

In May, officials took 17 members from the Joseman family to the United States. Last month, Ovidio admitted that he was guilty of Chicago on multiple charges of drug trafficking and participating in a continuous criminal institution.

At his peak, Zambada may have been the most powerful head of drugs in the world.

More mysterious KINGPINS – especially El Chapo that he escaped from prison in 2001 and 2015, issued newspaper headlines all over the world – was not less cruel or calculated.

About five decades ago, he succeeded in arresting or picking up. During that time, he supervised the transfer of huge quantities of heroin, cocaine, and metamafitamine to the United States across Earth, Sea and Air.

Now, in an American courtroom, one of the most permanent names in the smuggling of global drugs accepted its role in one of the largest and most advanced criminal networks in the world.

It is scheduled to be sentenced to January 2026.
