Jerry Adler, who played the star in Soprano, dies at the age of 96

Actor Jerry Adler, who is famous for the playing of Hermann Hermann “Harf” in Rabin in Soprano, died at the age of 96.

Although he found fame on the small screen, Adler did not start acting until the early 1960s-where he was preparing to retire from the brilliant Broadway profession behind the scenes.

The theatrical veteran worked alongside stars, including Julie Andrews, Angela Lansbury and Richard Burton during more than three decades in this industry.

A representative of his family, according to the Associated Press and Fox News, said that the actor born in Brooklyn “passed peacefully in his sleep” on Saturday.

Adler worked as a stage manager, supervisor and director in more than 50 production in Broadway – after he obtained his first job by his father, who was working in this industry, while he was at the university.

The theater was managed by the original 1956 production of the Film Fair, starring Julie Andrews, 2069, in which Catherine Hepburne, the founder of the Chanel fashion house, played.

He continued to oversee the original production of loved music music in 1977, and the Camelut Theater in 1980, starring Richard Burton.

He climbed for the first time to the world of television in the eighties and early 1990s, as it ran a few products, including several Tony Awards.

But he was not even preparing to retire that Adler began acting, after following a phone from a friend in 1992 movie.

Then he continued more cinematic roles, including the 1993 murder in Manhattan and 1996 branch with killing.

But he found fame for his role in the famous HBO series – as a consultant to the head of mobs in James Gandolphini and an old friend of his father.

He later took on repeated roles in The Goving Gift and Giveing

Other prominent roles included Rabbi Alan Shuelman on the northern exposure of CBS and Major Wicker on the crazy NBC’s NBC’s.

It has also appeared once in the iconic US offers like Curb Your Superviasm and West Wing.

Adler returned to Broadway as an actor – the first in 2000 by playing longer than the dwarf – then in 2015 fish in the dark – brings his full career.
