Joshua Buatsi wants to return to Callum Smith, where their first brutal meeting is still a pioneering competitor in the Battle of the Year.

Patsey and Samith met an epic clash of 12 rounds in his head in February, where Smith came out of Victor unanimously and a new heavyweight list.

Despite the punishment for their first fighting, Buatsi welcomes a second match with Smith and a shot in revenge.

“It is more painful that I did not win,” Patsey said. Sky Sports. “It was a terrible feeling to lose.

“I have received a lot of good reactions from people and everything about what it was a good battle. But when you fight like this, a competitive and close battle, you wish you would be at the forefront.”

It was a stressful competition, but Patsey insists that he would have played a “immediate” match.

“If they said, do you want to do it again, I would say yes. I lost my titles, so of course I was going to jump immediately. But if that happened at a later time, I will take it.”

Buatsi now must rebuild, and he is facing Zach Parker in the next aspiring to work towards a global level.

Parker is actually a former amateur opponent, which Patsey won in the national championship more than a decade.

“I am not the same fighter, and I am sure he is not. We have been surrounded several years ago as children,” Patsey said. “I know that he was about to get a fight.

In addition to re -match with Smith, Victory can lead to Patsey to a long -awaited clash with his opponent in London Anthony Yardi.
