Sadi SalazarThe therapist and the director of operations in wise therapy is considered to be of type A, to restore perfection that can be vulnerable to anxiety. For the best possible day, it is used morning to establish itself.

“What I found really is doing well is to make sure that I wake up early until it seems as if I had time for myself,” CNBC told CNBC.

“If I don’t wake up on time, this will get rid of everything, then press the morning only until I feel rushing and chaos. I think this is the biggest ritual. No matter what, I wake up when the alarm explodes.”

Salazar loves to use the additional time you build in the morning for activities that have nothing to do with work or homework. “You may read a chapter of a book, listen to a little podcast, or spend some extra time to walk my dog,” she says.

As a mother with a new child, Salazar finds that waking up at 7 am allows her time to set self -care priorities.

But to avoid practicing a lot of pressure on itself, she does not try to stick to a protein that makes every morning look as it is.

Regardless of what, I wake up when the alarm explodes.

“There is a big thing is to give permission to another routine and rituals to get up and flow. I would like to be a kind of person who does an exercise every morning or listen to podcast, book or something, but I personally find it difficult to stick to the routine.”

“No one wants to start his day to feel that you have already failed in something.”

Its only commitment is to wake up early, then Salazar decides how she wants to spend its creative watch, at the present time.

“It is less organized,” she says.

It also aims to wear work clothes to help her focus, although she works from home.

“There is a lot of temptation to wear our comfortable clothes and a kind of hall, and I found so quickly that I was not motivated or creative,” says Salasar.
